We tested the 1.0L Ecoboost Titanium Ford Focus and it performs better than it looks. What surprised us the most was when you go fast around the corner, it doesn’t roll much due to having anti roll bar in its suspension system.

Carwow Review

Carwow Rating: 6.0/10.0

  • Good looking
  • Fun to drive
  • Efficient Engine

  • Small boot
  • Bland cabin design
  • Fiddly infotainment system

The Ford Focus is a family car that’s fun to drive and fairly frugal, but its boot is pretty small compared to other similar-sized hatchbacks

  • Cabin strong on ergonomics

  • Not as smart inside as some rivals

Car Contempo Review

Car Contempo Rating: 4.0/5.0

  • Element of fun in the drive
  • Able to drive fast in corners due to its suspension system
  • Plenty of in-car storage
  • Side turning lights
  • Exterior styling

  • Slow to find its gear, when planning to overtake
  • Not as fuel efficient as stated. 12 Km/l (Real World) & 18 Km/l (Stated)
  • Lack of modern safety features

The Ford Focus is a good car after all because it provide a fun driving experience, confident in the corner and looks stylish. And has a character on its own as it likes to rev up to 2500 – 3000 RPM before changing its gears. Do note that the Ford Focus doors is heavy and will keep you safe.
